These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI BOSS website, web app and mobile apps (the "Service"), operated by Heaven Eco Hub. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• When connecting third-party platforms, you must comply with their terms as well as ours.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and platform policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create with the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload.

AI output

AI-generated output is provided as a draft for your review. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality or fitness for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for how you use it.

Tokens and billing

Some features consume platform tokens or your own AI provider credits. Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing shown in the Service at the time of purchase applies.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heaven Eco Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
